2. Do you have a physical store?
No. We are online-only and do not have a physical retail location.
3. I purchased an item directly from Makkah or Madinah. Can I return it to you?
No. We cannot accept returns for items purchased directly from stores in Makkah or Madinah or from any other retailer.
Any issues with those purchases must be handled with the original seller.
4. Do you stitch the logos or apply the crystals yourselves?
No. All items are originally produced by the brands themselves.
We do not stitch logos, apply crystals, or alter products in any way.
5. Are your items genuine and sourced from Saudi Arabia?
Yes. All our items are 100% genuine, imported directly from the respective brands.
We do not stock replicas or imitations.
6. Are the crystals real Swarovski crystals?
Yes. All our brands such as Sharqiaa and Bedoon Essm items that feature crystals are made using genuine Swarovski elements, as supplied by the brands.
7. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
