Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

In some cases, orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, however during busy periods or on rare occasions processing may take up to 5 business days.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you.


Pre-Orders

If your order contains pre-ordered items, the entire order will be dispatched only once all items are in stock.

If you require other items urgently, please place separate orders.


Shipping Methods (UK)

We currently ship all orders using Royal Mail.

Standard shipping options:

  • Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class

  • Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class

These services are NOT tracked by default and are delivered with your usual Royal Mail post.

If you require tracked shipping, please ensure you select this option at checkout or contact us with your order number before dispatch to arrange this.


Estimated UK Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class: Usually arrives the next working day after dispatch

  • Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class: Usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch

⚠️ These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Royal Mail advises customers to allow up to 14 working days from the date of dispatch before considering an item delayed or lost.
The delivery timeframe begins once the parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, not from the date the order was placed.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays by Royal Mail if they fail to deliver whithin their stated times such as the Royal Mail Tracked 24. We cannot refund ANY postal charges which have already been paid to Royal Mail. 


Delivery Charges

Our website automatically calculates delivery charges at checkout.

In rare cases where an incorrect delivery charge is applied, we will contact you to:

  • Arrange payment of the correct amount if you wish to proceed, or

  • Offer a full refund and cancellation if you do not wish to continue.


UK Locations

Shipping rates apply to UK Mainland only.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands may be subject to additional charges.


International Shipping

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (including EU orders) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are:

  • The buyer’s responsibility

  • Determined by your country’s customs authority

  • Not included in our product or shipping prices

Please check your local government or customs website for details before ordering.

Standard shipping is NOT tracked If you require tracked shipping, please ensure you select this option at checkout and pay the appropriate cost. 

 


Estimated International Delivery Times

Europe:

  • 5–20 working days after dispatch

  • Currently averaging 2–3 weeks, sometimes sooner

Rest of the World:

  • Typically 2–3 weeks, sometimes longer

Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs inspections, which are random and outside of our control.

If your international order has not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact us.


Delivery Addresses

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout.

  • If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us immediately via the WhatsApp number provided on our website. We will do our best to amend it.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee before the order can be resent.


Lost, Delayed & Returned Parcels

  • Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

  • For untracked services, we can only assist after Royal Mail’s stated timeframes have passed.

  • Any compensation for lost parcels will be handled in line with Royal Mail’s policies.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, weather conditions, or peak periods.


Tracking

If you require tracking, please ensure you select a tracked service at checkout.
Orders sent via non-tracked services cannot be tracked once dispatched.
