Shipping Policy

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We try to process your orders as quickly as possible. Currently we aim to process them within 3 - 5 business days.

Order processing is also subject to stock availability. If there is likely to be a delay with your order we will contact you to let you know.

If your order contains any pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped ONLY once all items are in stock. Please place orders separately if you need other items urgently.

Who will you send my order with?

We currently only use royal mail to ship any orders. We use royal mail standard first and second class to dispatch your order. This service is not tracked and will be delivered with your usual daily post via royal mail. If you will like your order to be send tracked please contact us with your order no to arrange this. 

The above applies to UK mainland deliveries only and Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands are subject to additional/greater charges.

Royal mail 24/1st Class usually arrives the next working day after been dispatched Royal mail 48/2nd Class shipping usually arrives within 2 to 3 work days after been dispatched. 

These services are not GUARANTEED delivery rates. 95% of orders will arrive on time however royal mail do state that you should allow up to 14 working days to receive your order before contacting them or us. Royal Mail’s terms and conditions can be found HERE  Also please note that royal mail time limit starts from the day we hand over your parcel to them not from the day you place your order. Please kindly note that we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible usually within 24 to 48 hours but please note that on rare occasions it can take upto 5 days for us to dispatch your orders. 

Our website is designed to provide you with the correct delivery charge based on the items in your checkout. Unfortunately, sometimes things do go wrong and there may be an error with the incorrect delivery amount being charged to you. We will contact you if this is the case and let you know what the delivery charge should have been and to arrange payment If you accept it. If not, we are happy to refund and cancel your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! 

International Orders may be subject to customs import duties and taxes. This is the buyers responsibility to pay and to find out the fees. You should be able to find this information out on your countries government website.

As Britain has now left the EU, orders to Europe are now also possibly subject to customs charges and taxes.

EUROPE

Europe and International orders will be delivered within 5 to 20 working days after being dispatched. Currently taking 2 or 3 weeks and sometimes sooner depending on the country. 

REST OF THE WORLD 

Currently taking 2 or 3 weeks to be delivered to other countries outside Europe and the UK. Sometimes more sometimes less. Please contact us after 4 weeks if your parcel hasn't arrived. 

Delivery times can vary from country to country and customs checks can delay your item should yours be chosen to be checked as this can be random. 

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct and complete. In the event of any mistakes before your item is dispatched please contact us via the WhatsApp number on one of the pages. We will do our best to change it. If after dispatch your delivery address is incorrect, we will not be held liable for the lost parcel. If the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay a new postal fee before we can send the parcel to you again.
