Refund Policy

Refunds: We do not provide any refunds at the moment.


WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF NIQABS 

Please note, absent any manufacturing defects, due to hygienic reasons, Essential Hijabs, Niqabs, Ghashwas, Jersey Hijabs and Chiffon Hijabs are not eligible for exchange or refund. Additionally, items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We do not provide a fitting service therefore is not possible to visit us and try on several design before you buy. 

All our products are originals and packaged in a clean safe and heigenic environment and never opened after sealed until its delivered to you*. (Whithin the UK) international orders may be opened by customs in your country. 

So you can rest assured that your niqabs has not been tried on by some else before you. We strictly do not accept returns of niqabs once posted, under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. 

Pre-Order: Anything ordered specially and sepecifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances except for fault. 


Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be returned for an exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at baitalabayah@gmail.com 

Shipping  
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free delivery, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If we have paid more than you paid for the delivery, we will also deduct that from your refund. If we have agreed to an exchange, you will be responsible for paying the new shipping charges.  

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
