2. Do you have a physical store?
We are an online business only and do not have a store.

3. I bought an item from makkah and I have a problem, can I return it you?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns that were bought by you from makkah or madinah stores. Any issues should be directed to them.

4. Do you stitch the logos on your self or apply the Crystal's.
No, all items are originally made by the brands and we do not alter these ourselves.

5. Are they genuine from Saudi Arabia?
Yes all items are imported by us from the respective brands and we do not stock imitations.

6. Are they made with real Swarovski Crystal's.
Yes all Sharqiaa and Bedoon Essm items that have crystals are made with genuine Swarovski elements.

7. Do you ship to my Country.
Yes we ship worldwide.
